| Apple Store is absolutely amazing I was looking to buy my son an Apple iPod Nano and decided to checkout Apple.com directly (instead of buying through a retail store). Initially I only wanted to see detailed product information, but when I saw that Apple Store had a free shipping offer, I made my move. They engraved the iPod nano video for my son free of charge. Now that's service. That's Apple service. The delivery was super fast. My son was rockin-out to his new iPod within the week. The ordering process was also easy.
