I ordered it on a Monday and had the book in my hand by Wednesday. Now that's service. The condition of the book was also pretty good. |

| Bad customer service They shipped the wrong book to me. Alibris has NO phone number listed on their site. You can't call them at all. Upon contacting them via email, no response. Simply impossible to contact customer service - they will take you money but if your order gets messesd up - you're on your own. I'd prefer to use Amazon.com instead after all this. |
