The customer service department is quick to satisfy any problems and I fully trust Expedia.com for any travel plans I need to make. I have used Expedia to travel to Europe as well as for domestic travel. Expedia.com is extremely convenient if you're very flexible with your travel. They kept me well informed when flights changed and offered a good price for the flights. I'll refer my friends and family to Expedia since its so user friendly and the prices are hard for you local travel agent to beat. |

Not only was it attractive and easy-to-use, the search functionality was very fast and returned more results than the other sites. Best of all, it also gave me the lowest rates! | Great hotal and car rental rates Having never booked anything online before I was very hesitant using Expedia, however it was very straightforward and easy to understand. After I checked on the room rates for numerous hotels all over the internet and from travel agencies (for Las Vegas), I found that the best price for the location that I wanted was on Expedia. I even called the hotel directly to see what their price was and it was double. All of the taxes were included, except for the energy and water surcharge, which Expedia explicitly explained were to be paid to the hotel directly. Check in was easy and I had no problems with my credit card (unlike many other reviews). I recommend using Expedia, it was very easy and the best price. |
| Customer service is great I was having trouble completing my reservation online, so I called the help number and the representative I spoke with was absolutely wonderful. She did additional calling to the cruise line, then called me back, learned that I was not very excited about the cabin I would have to book. Later she called me back again after talking to the cruise line a second time-and she was able to give me everything I had originally wanted. It was my first time using Expedia, but the representative I worked with will definitely have me using them again. The website was easy to work with and provided me with all the information I needed. |
