Great selection, super-fast delivery. The only con is the delivery charges -- which can be high if you need them delivered on a short notice. |
| Expensive but fast delivery If it hadn't been for the 20% boostle discount I probably wouldn't have used 800Flowers -- they're pretty expensive as compared to local flower shops in your neighborhood. They did however get my gift to my mom right on time for mothers day. She loved the floral arrangement. |
| Horrible Service I ordered flowers for my wife. They were for our 32nd anniversary. I ordered in plenty of time for the delivery. At 6:45pm on the day of our anniversary no flowers. I called and they couldn't reach the flower shop responsible for the delivery. We did not receive any calls from the flower shop that day. 800 Flowers offered a 20% discount on my NEXT order. I told them there would be no next order and cancelled my order. |
| They are below par They delivered to the wrong address - I spend a total of $58 and $20 to deliver...UPS simply just drops flowers at door - and leaves...They are rude to me when I call to get it resolved - nonetheless my mother will not get her flowers for mothers day. Their solution is to give me a whole 20% discount - wow -geez - I will never use them again WOULD RATE THEIR SERVICE AT A NEGATIVE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RUDE AND MATTER OF FACT - BUYER BEWARE!!! |
