Try their gift baskets for those who live far away to send seasons greetings. It ends up being difficult to make a choice though since you have summer roses, sunset roses, red roses, pink roses or sweetheart roses. ProFlowers has a huge variety to choose from. You can always choose an assorted arrangement to get a nice array of colors. They all look so refreshing and I am impressed with the delivery service and the smell of the roses themselves. I've used a variety of different online florist sites and ProFlowers.com is one that has never let me down! |
| Fast shipping, beautiful floral arrangements I used ProFlowers to sent a bouquet to my wife, and she was loved it. The only con was that I accidentally entered HER email address while ordering, so she received the confirmation email saying the flowers were on their way -- pretty much blew the surprise :) |
| Long lasting flowers and tulips I loved the rose bouquet I purchased at ProFlowers. I got two dozen red roses for about $38 (including with shipping and a free vase) delivered exactly when and where I wanted. These made a dynamite impression initially and keep serving as a beautiful reminder for weeks... the longest lasting flowers I've ever bought! Would recommend ProFlowers to everyone. |

| not impressed by jellybean First,i was to receive a free vase when ordering online but i was charged.I had a confirmation for delivery the next day,Thursday, anytime 8-5,which never happened. Spoke w customer servc and to resend it would have to be on monday if i chose to resend the same roses but if i pick tulips i can have a resend the following day, so that was also confirmed and guess what? -NO TULIP DELIVERY! Though, instead of the 2dozen, 1dozen of the roses were delivered friday. (1 day late & half order roses missing)(i'm pulling hair) unfortunately this was no longer a surprise for the recipient as i had to give her the heads up. Spoke w Proflowers again, but really, what's an apology going to do for me now? this is ridiculous. They claim to refund my money (5-7 business days) and the tulips will be delivered on Monday (YEAH RIGHT). I guess we'll see about that. My first time shopping with proflowers and definitely the LAST for me. | Dead plant/selling credit card info On 4/15/08 I ordered a plant for $60 my mother's birthday. In speaking to her last week she tells me that the plant is all but dead. To top it off, when I received my credit card statement there was another charge from EZSaver. When I called them they told me that I had signed up for a promotion from ProFlowers, which I did not. In further investigating EZSavers, I came across a website with numerous complaints against them for unauthorized charges that all originated from ProFlowers. |
| ordering online ProFlowers customer service sucks. After clicking on my order details, it automatically submitted my order. The price for the flower was $30 dollars w/ $30 shipping. The customer service did nothing to help. Be careful. The price of the item might seem affordable but they kill you on the shipping cost! |
| Completely unreliable The first Mother's day I celebrate with my mother-in-law and this company ruined it. I paid an extra $7.99 to make sure that flowers would be sent on May 10th or the 11th. They were not sent. Also, I was not even informed they were not delivered. When I called to ask about the order, the customer service representative hung up in my face even though I was very polite. Do not shop here. Save your money and go somewhere else. They argued with me over giving me a refund after they ruined a very special occasion. The prices would be worth it if the flowers got delivered!Also, though it is easy to order the arrangements, what is the point if they never get there?! If you do order from here, make sure that the order is delivered. I highly doubt that a refund would be made if you do not hound them. |
| ProFlowers has horrible customer cervice I ordered flowers from proflowers.com and received quite poor quality of orchids. Every stem had a least a few broken and brown petals. Don't fall for their guarantee because I got bad product and after 10 emails and bunch of calls 3 weeks later I still haven't heard back. They will not even bother refunding your money but will do great job making spend money on their products. |
