| Amazing customer service I felt writing this review was a must because they did something amazing for me this week. I ordered an engraved iPod from Apple.com on Monday as a present for my wife. After I placed an order I realized that I had misspelled a word. I called their customer support number and was delighted by what they did. They shipping a second iPod with the correct spelling right away so I could gift it in time. And they told me I'd just have to refuse the first shipment (the misspelled iPod). Thats just amazing customer service. |
