How To Reduce Stress — Live For 100 Years August 20, 2007
Did you know stress kills you? It releases a chemical which is associated with heart disease, arthritis, diabetes and some cancers.
Here's how to take a chill pill and live longer...
 — Just chill, and live longer.
How heavy is a can of coke?
100 grams? 500 grams? The weight doesn't matter — what matters is how long you try to hold the can.
- If you hold it for a minute, it's not a problem.
- If you hold it for an hour, you'll have an ache in your arm.
- If you hold it for a whole day, you'll need an ambulance.
In each case, the can of coke weighs the same, but the longer you hold it, the heavier it becomes.
And that's how stress management works - if you carry your burdens all the time, sooner or later they'll become even heavier, and you won't be able to carry on!
Like the can of coke, you've got to put it down for a while and rest before holding it again. When you're refreshed, you can carry on with the burden.
So, my friend, whatever you're tensed about right now, just lay it down for a moment and read on...

Tips to Live Longer

- We can learn a lot from crayons — some are sharp, some are dull. Some have weird names, and all are different colors, but they all have to live in the same box.
- Always keep your words sweet and soft, just in case you have to eat 'em.
- Always read stuff that makes you look good, incase you die in the middle of it.
- If you can't be kind, at least have the decency to be vague.
- Drive carefully — it's not only cars that can be recalled by their maker.
- Nobody cares if you can't dance — so just get up and dance.
- You may be only one person in the world, but you may also be the world to one person.
- If everything's coming your way, you're in the wrong lane!
- Some mistakes are way too much fun to only make once. Drugs for instance.
