Did you know stress kills you? It releases a chemical which is associated with heart disease, arthritis, diabetes and some cancers.
Here's how to take a chill pill and live longer...
 — Just chill, and live longer.
How heavy is a can of coke?
100 grams? 500 grams? The weight doesn't matter — what matters is how long you try to hold the can.
- If you hold it for a minute, it's not a problem.
- If you hold it for an hour, you'll have an ache in your arm.
- If you hold it for a whole day, you'll need an ambulance.
In each case, the can of coke weighs the same, but the longer you hold it, the heavier it becomes.
And that's how stress management works - if you carry your burdens all the time, sooner or later they'll become even heavier, and you won't be able to carry on!

Physical fitness has a huge effect on your self confidence. By getting in shape, you energize yourself, and accomplish something positive.

1. Change one food a month
Dieting is a total waste! It's not sustainable — it's hard to change everything about your diet overnight for the long haul.
But changing one food every month is easy. Simply change one food in your diet each month — and get used to it. It's that easy!
Replace sugar cereal with oatmeal or a whole-grain cereal. Instead of a burger, try a leaner sandwich. Once you get used to it, change another food! |

2. Say No to Mayo
Jam-packed with fat — that's mayonnaise! Butter and cream cheese are the same. Use a healthier alternative like canola-oil margarine.

The key to a successful and happy life is feeling energetic. When you're energized, you feel a power within yourself to achieve anything.
Here are some tricks to constantly stay in that "I can do anything in life" mode.

1. Take Power Naps
When you enter the "zoned-out zombie" mode at work, take a 10 minute power nap. By nap we don't mean snoring like Godzilla at the office. Just lean back, close your eyes, and think of nothing.
Forget everything while you power up. Take deep breaths. |

2. Talk To Friends
Whenever I run into a friend on the street, I walk away feeling a lot more energetic. So reach out to a friend if you need a boost. Call up a good friend for 2 minutes for a quick recharge.

1. Method of Loci

You know indoor plants need TLC to survive, but many of us forget to water them. It's too much hassle sometimes. Life's way too short.
This sleek little ceramic pot sits on top of a glass basin that acts as a water reservoir. Water is drawn up by a special nylon wick which hangs down from the bottom of the flower pot.
When your plant needs a drink it just soaks up some water.
Now you'll know if your plant is thirsty, based on how much water is left in the basin.

What's the secret to success in life? Be it personal or business goals, we can learn a thing or two from people like Bill Gates and Steve Jobs.

1. Get out of your comfort zone

Imagining yourself being successful leads you to it. Every morning, take 5 minutes to visualize yourself achieving your goals. Then get to work!

2. Japanese Kaizen — Small daily improvements
The Japanese Kaizen way is to make small improvements day after day. Make it a goal to be better each day in a small way. Those small improvements eventually result in gigantic advantages.
